Ratings and reviews

The program wants your decision to buy up front which is good and bad. Good psychology, but asking for money right away before showing the proposed client anything about the routine isn't forthcoming. Paying up front is good for your bottom line and since I pay up front the client is more apt to use it - maybe. Bad as it makes me feel ambiguous about your goals, I know my own level of dedication and your wanting paid upfront without showing me what I'm buying makes me doubt the program

A lot of unnecessary, intrusive ads I think. I'm sure the ads will be reduced or eliminated once you participate in a paid subscription but I really just wanted to check out the app before I decided to pay just to use it without ads. Other than that it's a good app.

This app really relaxes your muscles and helps a lot but the ads always appear. I would recommend it to many people with stress and weight.
