Ratings and reviews

The previous version was a better user experience. Now the graphs have a will of their own and jump all over the place. I am capable of scaling and selecting data just fine without the Office paperclip level of 'help' being forced upon me. Please add the option to manually scale and select (like before). Some of us are able to do that and prefer to manage the presentation ourselves because we're not six years old.

The hardware is good, but the app is lengthy, arrogantly patronising and painful to use. Example of the wording in the instruction manual "Are you wondering what the small dial is at the bottom of the face, a battery meter, no, read on to unravel this mystery... ... it's your percentage of steps against you goal" great, small details which may be useful 0% is the top/ bottom, it counts clockwise/anticlockwise, etc, etc,.

I love the scales. Hate the app. They've improved the startup speed, and addressed most of the graph rescale freezing issues, but it's still really hard to visualize useful data due to the way they force the graphs to certain views. The beta app started freezing, so I removed, rebooted and reinstalled, but it wouldn't let me get back into my account. Chat help couldn't help and referred me to beta email help, who autoresponded that they don't provide individual support. Still hate the app...
