The app is great. However. I had a video appointment and I waited 40 minutes for the doctor. The doctor then connected at some point and marked as if I was never present and it seems somehow unfair. I now have a red flag saying I did not respect the RDV. It would be nice the stats of from when to when each person (doctor and patient) connected. At least as record. I would get back to 5 stars if the feature is added.

It rarely opens past a white screen. When it does, you have to wait for 3 minutes until you can type anything. The search criteria are hard to handle and disappear when you change pages, as well as the order of the doctors (you can't go back to find a potential doctor you noticed, you have to gamble with the randomizer again).

The concept is brilliant and I have used it a lot recently from the browser. The App however, is only in French eventhough the doctors are all listed in Germany. I understand that it's still new in Germany but I can't help to think the language is a huge oversight. You could at least offer the app in English if German is more difficult. Update 2: best app ever. Multiple languages now available! 5* from me for the great concept and quick fixes! Really great app.
