4 separate time I've tried buying crypto, but there's always a "technical error". This is the only app that does it. Pointless to try and trade anything on this app currently. Edit: there is no point. I know where it's going. "It's not our fault". Only app moving at a snails pace. CB is working fine.

Firstly, the app is super slow and buggy. Seems to be a constant need to refresh and restart the app. Next, I did a free trial on the red tier level to save on transaction fees and to take advantage of 2% debit rewards. Overall that was good, but when you try to convert coins or send coins to a wallet, fees are crazy which eats into whatever difference you made by being a member. I read someone else mention that they have had enough time to improve and haven't done so. well i agree. Do better

Not reliable, the app crashes all the time, I cannot even do the daily "mission to get diamonds" now and they locked all the services that I could access before for no reason, it is said that I cannot use this feature in my jurisdiction which is wrong... I explained it many times to the support but 3-4 month have past already and they still didn't resolve my case. The support keeps saying they are waiting for updates.. you would better consider another crypto plateform !
