Ratings and reviews

The bunq bank closed my account without informing me( reason they will not tell it seems) I had some amount of around 1500 euros. It got blocked and they are telling it will take 1 month to revert. I don't worry about the closure but if they informed me before closing I would have transferred to another good bank. Can you let me know what unusual activities I did. It is a major bug in the App, catch the one who developed and tested this App

Experience with bunq I’ve used bunq for a week and it’s been very smooth so far. Setup was quick, money transfers are instant, and the app is easy to navigate. I like how I can split my money into different categories for better control of spending. Notifications are fast and helpful. The design is clean and modern, making banking feel simple and stress-free. Overall, a solid and reliable app even for short-term use.

hidden fees, free trials of elite plans without having chosen it, that continue without explaining they will continue to charge. top up fees that arrived 10 days after the transfer - you could have warned that the top up would have fees immediately, not after 10 days. I had high hopes, but do not recommend. They find basically small ways to take your money. Stick with Revolut.
