Ratings and reviews

The bunq bank closed my account without informing me( reason they will not tell it seems) I had some amount of around 1500 euros. It got blocked and they are telling it will take 1 month to revert. I don't worry about the closure but if they informed me before closing I would have transferred to another good bank. Can you let me know what unusual activities I did. It is a major bug in the App, catch the one who developed and tested this App

The app is good, but I'd love to customize my experience. I'm not interested in cryptos and I have my investings somewhere else. I use bunq instead for payments, interest in savings, joint account with my gf and some other useful things. I wish the app allowed to hide all of these services I don't use and for it to stop spamming me with things I could invest on. For the rest, it's really great!! :)

UPD. These problems have been fixed after around 3 weeks. Giving 4 stars instead of 2. Updates occasionally break the app. For example, in version 31, they changed the logic of bill splitting, breaking it completely. Before, everything worked, and now, splitting a bill with non-bunq users is just not possible. But hey, we got automatic emojis based on the money request description... And who cares that the description is now limited to around 15 characters (another bug in the app).
