The bunq bank closed my account without informing me( reason they will not tell it seems) I had some amount of around 1500 euros. It got blocked and they are telling it will take 1 month to revert. I don't worry about the closure but if they informed me before closing I would have transferred to another good bank. Can you let me know what unusual activities I did. It is a major bug in the App, catch the one who developed and tested this App

Could not hire a car. Second time I used it for car hire it failed. Car hire rep told me it was obvious from the first four digits of the card number that bunq credit card is actually a prepaid debit card. I thought it was the answer to hiring cars without a real credit card but its not. Bunq customer support was very rapid but useless. Only repeating that card is viewed as a credit card to venders, even when my complaint was that it had not been. I might just need to get a proper credit card!

If you’d asked me a few days earlier, I would have said they offer perfect customer service and solve every single problem seamlessly. I thought I would never change my bank. However, I noticed that they automatically charge €5 for each SWIFT transfer received. Even if the sender pays all the costs, the receiver still has to pay. We ended up paying €45 in total for just a €500 transaction. When I checked my accounts in detail, I noticed that I had paid this fee many times.
