Ratings and reviews

I'm a big fan of Sonoff, and have been using there products for years and highly rated them. Although this app is good and works well, it can be frustrating to use due to the large amount of products it can connect with, but with constant updates its get better and better. but I'm starting to see a pay wall being added to restrict more usful and advanced feature, that requires subscription, which i find very disappointing and disrespectful to the customer base.

Works okay, but could do with a bit better support. Feedback form wouldn't work, and I couldn't get a reply to my email until I posted on their Facebook page. Once they got back to me, the answer to my device being offline was to forget and re-add my device using a mobile hotspot, then firmware update, then forget and add again on regular wifi. I hope that helps someone.

Is it really necessary to notify me multiple times per hour that the battery in one of my devices is low? I know it's low. I've received the notification about a thousand times in the past 2 weeks. Really offensive. I've just received, and deleted the notification five times in the past hour. the battery is dead. I GET IT!!
