Groupon offered me a 30% off coupon to download the app. So I checked the coupon when I first downloaded the app, and it worked fine. I didn't know if I wanted to order anything and come back to it later. A few hours later (like less than 5), I go back to use it, and it says it expired. It's on the front page of the app, and in my notifications, showing I have 50 hours left to use it. It's just a lie to get you to download the app. And you can't contact customer support, for anything.

Great savings but inconvenient I love all the discount this app has to offer but I feel like this app is biased against poor people. All the deals are on the rich side of town which it takes about in hour to get to.

Everything on here is a scam. I have had more then one "deal" that I paid for, then arriving at the site only to be charged 3x what I originally paid as a "Facility fee". when you do the math between what you paid and the fee you saved less then 5% off original price. vendors use this as a marketing tool for free advertising and trick people who purchase it and Groupon does nothing. The "fees" are listed in the description but are intentionally hidden in the text as much as possible.
