Installed it ... just to uninstall it 5 seconds later. Requiring your customers to connect using Facebook is ridiculous. There is an increasing number of people leaving Facebook, and many other never had an account. However you describe it (privacy, security, etc.), this is simply nonsense. You are missing out on a potential pool of customers.

wow this is my first time of using this app and honestly I love the service, the driver was so professional and infact I enjoyed the ride and the car smells so nice 👌. hope you keep up your good service

can't set up an account. I entered my phone number. I entered the security number sent by text. then the app asked for my password even though I hadn't set one. tried the reset password link but nothing ever arrived. Support didn't help but maybe cos I explained my problem in English while I'm in France (Google Translate?)
