Ratings and reviews

Agree with all other users expressing dissapointment of the recent app design update and product showcase photos. The previous design was easy to navigate and straight forward in its approach. This new one has been frustrating and gives me the urge to leave the app. The photos don't help in seeing how the product really looks nor give tasteful (not runway) outfit ideas. The models are too fashiony and won't allow the clothes to be shown in a more "this is how it really looks" way.

Your customer service and return policy are extremely disappointing. Even after 7 days of returning the product, the refund has still not been credited. When I contacted customer support, I was told it would take 15 to 30 days, which is completely unacceptable. Other online shopping brands provide much faster and better service compared to yours. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from your official website, as the experience has been very poor.

The price on app and store are different, store don't price adjust online like other stores do. the store keeps a product on hold and asks to order online for store pick up to get sale price and as they have kept on hold the product shows unavailable if they are low stocked or last pieces. So overall experience very poor. Plus the app went down on Black Friday weekend for sometime on my android which was very strange. So overall my shopping experience was poor but the products at H&M are good.
