the new version of the app is horrible. Very difficult to navigate in android phone. it opens to a white empty screen with "shop now" only. scroll up and you get weird stuff...not easy to find what I need. it used to be right in the min page. now I have to go to search to find the categories and press many times before I see what I'm looking for. also huge font in titles that takes the while screen, while the pictures of the items are tiny...the visual concept is just wrong for a phone app

I was about to use the app for the first time and there was sales going on 30% off on buying 5 items and 20% on 3 until 25th November. I added some items in the cart and faced one error for which i was trying to reach out customer service. i opened the app now and the offer us gone and today is 24/11/2024. Whyyy??? also the price shows different but when you open some products, it increases and sometimes when you add to cart, it changes. Very incorrect ALGORITHM.

First problem is you can only download the app if you are logged into play store via an account in the region. Which meant I had to create a special account as I did not want to ruin everything else on my phone. Then it took forever for images to load. Filters don't work properly. For example I typed in shacket. It returned shacket plus shoes plus tshirts plus leggings.... when I finally clicked on a product I waited ages and ages for the image to load... and eventually gave up. Not a winner.
