i like the clothing brand, but this app has a fatal flaw: it does not have a filter to hide unavailable items and sizes. also, why can you add out-of-stock items to your cart? imagine my annoyance when, after 30 minutes of adding items to my cart, all of them could not be checked out

I've been trying to order petite pants on the app and the website and the SKU in the confirmation email I received was different from the SKU on the app and their website. I've already received the first order that confirmed my suspicion that there's probably something wrong. Ordered Petite, received standard, brought it up with customer service, received unhelpful and dismissive responses, now I'm here. I've never had a problem with Pull & Bear in Portugal but Pull & Bear Sweden gets 0/10

very easy to use and I like that if you click on a specific item, like pants, you can already see different photos without having to click on the individual item and then losing the spot you're in while browsing.
