Ratings and reviews

Clunky on board, continuously forgets to stay connected to the WiFi transceivers and even when connected often comes up with the error message. When it works it's not bad overall but the decision to prevent under 18s from issuing it, especially for the really important messaging function effectively puts safeguarding behind a very expensive paywall.

I recently booked a cruise via travel agency and now I can't make any purchases for excursions, packages in this app bc it thinks I'm in the UK - but I am not! This needs to be fixed ASAP! The app should work regardless of what service you use to book your travel!! It is ridiculous as I can't call the UK every time I need to make changes to my booking!! FIX THIS ASAP.

App is horrible most of the pretty links don't work. I have 6G's of signal and all the signal bars are working graet and it keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet? your app stinks!! If Zero stars were an option I would choose that. Afraid to go and experience the cruise now that my life will be dependent on this app in the middle of an ocean....
