The app really puts into perspective what you gain from quitting. Whenever I felt like lighting one up, I would open the app and check on my progress: health and saving wise. After a month and a half, I saw that I would have smoked over a thousand cigarettes, and it made me sick!

I personally would recommend this for someone who is nerotypical, but as someone with audhd I wouldn't really recommend it as much. For me, this app isn't good for a number of reasons. The information on the app is limited without payments, I barely understand how the app works, and also, it's not great if you're slowly starting to quit. But overall, it seems like a great app it just didn't work for me.

Good app, would be better if it gave users more valuable information about their addiction and rationalizations for smoking we invent which keep us enslaved. Also, the app supports nicotine replacement therapy. In other words, it supports an addict to use the exact thing they are addicted to, thus minimizing their chance for succesful recovery and also prolonging their withdrawal pangs to no end.
