Ratings and reviews

Using Google Pay to send money didn't work. The Customer service advised me to cancel the transaction and make a new one using my card directly rather than Google Pay. However by doing this I wouldn't have received the introductory rate. They weren't able to do anything about this, or to change the payment method on my original transaction. They also weren't able to open a ticket to get someone to look into why Google Pay wasn't working with their platform.

Terrible customer service! I’d been using them for over a year when I suddenly woke up to a locked account after endless random verifications. They gave me no explanation, so I don't even know if something sketchy happened. I tried reaching out, but they just emailed me saying the decision was final. I didn't do anything wrong. Good thing there are a million other apps to use since these guys are so unreliable.

So inconvenient and frustrating. I verified 3 times with the recipient bank about their details. The Transfer status on Remitly shows Delivered although it's not deposited into the recipient account. it's been 3 days now and still nobody knows where the money went to. This is the third time this happens. I even hit repeat transaction of a successful transaction (after jumping over the hoops) to avoid any mismatched info yet still same issue. too much headache and waste of time.
