Ratings and reviews

Using Google Pay to send money didn't work. The Customer service advised me to cancel the transaction and make a new one using my card directly rather than Google Pay. However by doing this I wouldn't have received the introductory rate. They weren't able to do anything about this, or to change the payment method on my original transaction. They also weren't able to open a ticket to get someone to look into why Google Pay wasn't working with their platform.

I tried using this app to send money abroad, it didn't go through, so i tried to cancel it. the app says if you don't respond or try to fix the transaction it cancels its self and you get a refund after 10 days. it's been 2 weeks and I have had to chat with them 3 times to cancel it. the transaction keeps trying to go through, even though I haven't signed in to change anything.

It's been 3 weeks and still no fix. Their tech team is all on vacation. My first-time customer promo isn't working. It says my mobile number can't be verified. I talked to their cx service 6 times but they couldn't fix it either. They've no clue how to verify a mobile number. I was told to just delete my account and sign up with a new email address, but still the same problem. Better just stop advertising your promos if they don't work. This promo is frustrating and misleading. No to Remitly.
