I read the lead-in synopsis of Total AV in a pop-up ad and a bottommost red rectangle said it was FREE. Post installation, however, a notice showed a charge for the app. In my generation (I am 79YO), words such as FREE don't have floating or ephemeral meanings. FREE = FREE. What is going on? Is there another version hidden inside? Perhaps, methinks, the company needs to address this contradictory issue as it is more than a little misleading.

I've had this app for quite some time and Friday, it suddenly won't work. If fails to open and frequently crashes when trying to open. y'all suggested checking features to ensure I had nothing that would be causing it and to uninstall and reinstall but nothing has helped. I don't want to continue my subscription if I can't even open the app before it crashes in a split second.

So, I signed up to this scam of a service seeing so many positive reviews which I question if they are genuine. It was supposed to be deal where I pay £19 for 3 "Total AV Security" and get 2 free. So, I signed up as I needed the licence for 5 devices. It's only when I started using it, I realised that it only has 3 licenses. So, in other words they were baited me with 2 extra licenses. On top of that, I by mistake clicked on "Disk Cleaner", they charged me £39 for that without even prompting.
