I read the lead-in synopsis of Total AV in a pop-up ad and a bottommost red rectangle said it was FREE. Post installation, however, a notice showed a charge for the app. In my generation (I am 79YO), words such as FREE don't have floating or ephemeral meanings. FREE = FREE. What is going on? Is there another version hidden inside? Perhaps, methinks, the company needs to address this contradictory issue as it is more than a little misleading.

I've subscribed almost a year ago, until about two weeks ago, it was impossible to activate the VPN. I kept having messages asking me to go to my account and activate it from there. I've tried hundreds of time. Via the mobile, the computer, nothing. Only the webshield was randomly accessible. The customer service is not accessible at all. Only via Q&A. The result is that I spent hours throughout those months to solve alone the problem, unsuccessfully. I will not renew. Money Lost unacceptable

Well, I've only had the app total. AV on the phone for 5 minutes. I already gave me a plus pet. I have a Samsung S26 plus I had it for less than a week. Yeah, and I have total armor I think it's called from AT&T. I have both the same things. I just wanted to see you at total. Av would say I was waiting for it to come back and tell me I've all these problems. I get ads every day. Telling me my phone is cooked and uh, yeah, I haven't had it long enough, so I don't know where I s***'s coming from t
