I read the lead-in synopsis of Total AV in a pop-up ad and a bottommost red rectangle said it was FREE. Post installation, however, a notice showed a charge for the app. In my generation (I am 79YO), words such as FREE don't have floating or ephemeral meanings. FREE = FREE. What is going on? Is there another version hidden inside? Perhaps, methinks, the company needs to address this contradictory issue as it is more than a little misleading.

I'm sorry but i can't leave a review..I never could get it all to setup. I tried but I'm having a very hard time. as you can see, I'm not using it or have used it.. usinI read the steps but just couldn't do it. I never got pass all the I instalation. I have still been paying 9.99 a month since then. I would like to download and try again but I paid for 5 months so I feel I should get either reimbursed or have the months I paid for to use up front. thanks

I've had this app for quite some time and Friday, it suddenly won't work. If fails to open and frequently crashes when trying to open. y'all suggested checking features to ensure I had nothing that would be causing it and to uninstall and reinstall but nothing has helped. I don't want to continue my subscription if I can't even open the app before it crashes in a split second.
