Horrible! I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a week now. They charged me even tho I requested it canceled before the renew date. Not one of the customer service phone numbers I have found work. Not able to turn off auto pay, you have to rely on them to do it. I have not used one of their cameras in 2 weeks now and my subscription still hasn't been canceled. I do not recommend them at all!! I have filed a dispute with my bank over the charges and for any future charges. 0⭐️

Absolutely unbelievably disappointing app and camera. Camera is the "nicest" one I have but is less reliable, lower picture quality, and barely stays connected for more than a day or 2. I've had it for a couple years and it's only been connected maybe a few weeks total out of that time. The app has never refreshed the camera on its own and it's always a 30min ordeal to reconnect the camera. My daughters cheap minion camera and supporting app does all these things without issue... Disappointed

Too many unskippable ads popping up within seconds of opening the app. It’s really frustrating when I need to check live footage urgently, especially during an emergency and I’m forced to sit through ads with no option to close them. By the time the ad ends, the moment has already passed, and I have to rely on playback from the memory card. Pushing users to pay for ad-free just to get instant access makes it feel more like a money-making tool than a safety tool.
