Price: In most locations, we charge a service fee on top of the parking cost the operator charges. The total price and fee breakdown are shown in the EasyPark app when you set your end time and before you start to park, as well as in your parking receipt when the session has ended, so you are confident about how much you’re paying. Ratings and reviews

The app is still pushing notifications about parking even if you stop the parking way before the original end time. Sometimes the app changes the parking duration time for you by drastically shortening it after you select the duration and confirm and there is indication that there are restrictions in the area. The money is gone, there is no way to cancel the translation. I am very sad that the city changed the parking app last year. the previous one worked much better with less services fee.

The app doesn't work internationally, at least not in Sweden. If you don't have a registered bankID via a Swedish bank you're stuffed. You register your rental car, and try to make payments but it keeps failing, you take screenshots and reply to Svea, who's managing EasyPark, and they'll ignore your problems. After, you can't pay with a credit card, you need a stupid BankId. Very bad service from both companies. Cash is king. If there were any lower than 1 star, that would be my rating.

This app is anything but “easy” — it’s complicated, intrusive, and unnecessarily restrictive. It forces you to provide an email, phone number, and even requires screen lock just to use it. Without logging into PayPal or another payment method, you can’t do anything at all. The user experience is poor: too many steps, too many forced settings, too many requirements that have nothing to do with parking...
