If I could give it no stars, I would. Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. Application approved and verified but then keeps asking again and again. As you can't have more than one using the same details, I cannot proceed any further as it just keeps saying maximum account limit reached!! I try to log into the seller center app and it just goes straight to verification again! For God's sake Tik tok, pull your finger out and GET ALL THESE ISSUES FIXED!! On top of that, they now have my passport details!!

Support is non-existent here. have had issues for months with my shop score. it never gets resolved. I should have a 5.0, but tiktok just creates no existing data to give you a score. have had multiple tickets opened over this never gets resolved. why is my fulfillment 4.6 if I have 0% late and 0% cancelation. Now I have a package where the label was created, and it's stuck in awaiting shipment. they told me just to wait but now it's marked late because of their system. many more issues also

It's hassle and not friendly user. Should be more like Shopee where everything is in 1 system, not seperate like this. The requirement to update your product listing is bothersome too, sometimes ypu don't even know why they rejected your listing although you are selling legit products. Please study how Shopee works and improve on your system.
