I think you should introduce another feature! I've been using the branch app for the past year, and my on time payment is 100%. Just a few days ago, I took a loan of 25,000 and my Interest rates are very high! You should reduce the interest a little based on your CIBIL score report because even if the loan is low, it is fine. Even if the interest is a little high, it becomes difficult to pay more.Please reduce the interest on the loan a little. For loans above Rs 20,000, it should be low

The interest rate on each loan is independently determined based on a number of factors, including the cost of lending to us and as you repay by their due dates you will gain access to larger loans at lower interest rates. The principal loan amount Processing fee Disbursement amount | proceeded with the entire verification and documentation process, expecting the loan to be disbursed. However, at the final stage of disbursement, the app again showed the message: "Try after 180 days" — despite the fact that | have already waited over 180 days. This kind of inconsistent and misleading behavior from your platform is extremely disappointing.

There are various factors that the system looks at when assessing your eligibility each time you apply for a loan. My EMI payment is due today, and I have already set up an auto-debit mandate for the 3rd of every month. However, the payment status is currently showing as "Transaction Pending: Payment towards loan." My account is sufficiently funded, and there should be no issue processing the payment. I am concerned that this delay—possibly due to a technical issue—may negatively affect my credit score, which is unacceptable. I have already contacted Branch Support via email but have yet to receive response
