Works ok when it opens, sadly I am having quite a lot of trouble with the stability of the App. Unfortunately the app continuously crashes when I try to open it up. Have had to re-install it a couple of times to get it to work and sometimes clearing the cache helps but not always. The 'forgot password' option appears to be broken as I have yet to receive a password reset email even after multiple attempts. Unable to book sessions because these issues

Doesn't load properly, awkward to use, I have to tap the "buy membership" option to navigate to the class/course lists (which makes no sense). Notifications pop up but when tapped they don't link to the content of the notification, they link to the buying options/payments page. Attended courses don't count as classes for some reason, they don't show up in booking history. I genuinely hate this app and it's putting me off attending courses at the venue I'd like to use.

I recently joined a gym that uses this app and I was quite worried looking at the latest reviews. I can't fault it though, it does what it says! I can manage my profile, payment details, buy membershis and book classes from my phone whenever I want to. I like the flexibility of having an app instead of having to use a computer for my gym stuff.
