Ratings and reviews

Gutted this has now changed to another paid service. All I need is an app where neither parent can delete messages they have sent. Parts of the app (paying for things) don't even work in the UK. I can't justify the monthly cost for the sake of a few messages a month and maybe a different app where you only pay for what you want is better. The calendar isn't suitable for what I need and you have to go in to each date to see what it says unlike your phone calendar that gives at least a preview.

The layout is irritating, some things don't work properly. Its just another way for the other parent to send abusive and aggressive texts,the only difference is they can't be deleted so he can't deny sending them. The biggest problem is I now have to pay to receive such awful and upsetting texts. I tried to apply for the waiver so I didn't have to pay, the screen was blank and I got no where. I asked for help and all I got was a bog standard robot reply, then eventually ignored. Not impressed!

I have been using this app for several years and it has generally been fine, but the past couple of weeks have been a nightmare. I was repeatedly prompted several times a day to subscribe and pay a fee or the app would stop working. I subscribed and paid the fee, yet the app still stopped working and continues to say that I need to subscribe, despite having already paid. As a result, I am now unable to contact other co-parent or arrange time to see my children. contact support but no response
