Ratings and reviews

Not the best, but having to use due to other parties' insistence. Messaging can't be organised by topic threads as far as I can see. Not particularly intuitive to use. Scheduling isn't the easiest to set up. Receive false notification badges that don't clear. Push notifications are hit and miss. No dedicated gallery that I can see. Other party won't use all the features so limited value. Overall, I'm not keen on these apps but where one has to use them, I feel there are better ones out there.

As others routinely say, the app will prompt for payment and when you pay, it still asks for payment. Why can't this be an immediate transaction? I only use one email account. There must've been an update recently because when I try call my child there is a time delay between making the call and the calling screen appearing. Then immediately hangs up. You have to place 4 or 5 calls for one to go through. It's frustrating and wastes time. I'd happily pay £8.99 pm if it worked.

I've been using this for about 4 years, up until I had to start paying for it, that's when I noticed how bad and restrictive the Chat interface is. When writing a message in Chats, the cursor keeps bouncing back to the default position at the start of the text box, making it impossible to write any form of message. It is extremely frustrating and ruins the user experience. It makes using the desktop version impossible. Trying to find anything in th chats is also impossible,
