I liked this & would've continued to use it if not for its very misleading plan activation situation. It made it seem like after my initial free trial ended I'd be able to continue using it, just without premium features, which I was fine with. However, that is not the case. Once your trial ends, you lose access to everything & if you want to continue using it or just want to be able to see what you spent a lot of time setting up, you have to pay. Had I known that, I never would've used it.

Thanks for sharing this. After the trial ends, a subscription is required to keep using the platform. This information is stated upon enabling the trial. Having said that, we understand how challenging this can be, so please reach out to hello@fresha.com for further assistance.

The app is nice and easy to navigate for both clients and businesses. but recently they went from being free to have a subscription fee. okay that'd fine... but there are now so many hidden fees. like a "new client" or even just a new card I got charged anywhere from $8 to $20+ for a "new client fee." Also if you want extra time on your services itthen effects everyone's services and schedule. It's hard to constantly keep up with your services just so you can have time after a client.

When it's time to update, it takes a very long time for me to be able to log in again, at least on my phone(logs you out & you're unable to view your schedule). Doesn't give you an option to not update or update later. Multiple attempts at correct sign in information. Had to use an older web browser for it to finally work (& see schedule before the update). It can be slow at times, so clients have to bare with you while on the phone scheduling an appointment. Other than that I like the app.
