Round and round trying to verify my photos. The app just hangs at 80% verification and that's just the first photo.

Hi, I am sorry you experienced issues with verifying your photo, we did find an issue with this element of the app & it has now been fixed. If you still have the app, please update to the latest version & i am confident this issue will no longer be there. I can see a member with initials AF has now completed their profile.Have you managed to join?

why do apps feel everyone dtill living today has digital ID cards, driving licence cards, passports or others, many of us are from b4 these were invented never mind being in general use here in uk, we only had paper birth certificates and driving licence, personally ive never had a driving licence nor a passport ever anyway, my paper birth certificate seems not valid to you muckers, who knows why not, its ALL I have in any kind of ID at all, except my National insurance number,

Thanks for sharing your experience. We understand it can be frustrating when an app requires documents you may not have. At Cherry, ID checks are in place to protect our community by preventing fake profiles and scams. Paper certificates and NI numbers can’t be verified as they lack photos.
