I cannot download my tickets through the APP because it tells me that my device is jailbroken which it definitely isn't. And I didn't ask for the app the first place, I thought I would receive my tickets by email. This is the worst website (Hammersmith Apollo) that I have ever tried to book anything but it's not possible to submit my review with no stars so I have reluctantly given it one star. And now I don't know how to get my tickets

A very poorly designed app. It seems mostly designed to sell you more tickets ... providing any sort of service once you've bought one is a poorly thought out afterthought. Good luck finding your ticket because it is very far from obvious where it is. It IS there but dont leave it until youre on the queue ... I would recommend you allow 20+ minutes to find it.

No help what so ever so ever regarding an issue I have. I'm not receiving a validation code, and all I'm told by customer services is reinstall the app. Done this multiple times but still nothing. I've nothing on my phone that is blocking the text. No response from emails I've sent asking for the code to be sent to my email address. Probably going to have to queue up at the box office and try and dort this mess out myself. WONT BE USING EVENTIUM AGAIN. 😡😡😡
