App performance very poorly, links not working, when trying to go back to search app just freezes, when trying to add seats button not working, can't easily go back to search. Very time consuming and off-putting when it comes to holiday search. When trying to book holiday, while adding seats I can't continue with booking, there's no link below, I can either go back or I'm stuck there.

never will I use again. booked a holiday using the app, paid immediately in full at the same time as my sister only to get an email the following day asking us for £1031 more. spent an hour on the phone and they where utterly useless. had to cancel and book my flights and hotel direct. very stressful.

They cancelled my hotel, but expected me to accept an inferior alternative. So I asked for my money back. LoveHolidays did not want to refund my flights — but it was sold as a package; protected by Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (PTR 2018), explicitly covered by: Regulation 11(5) and Regulation 14(3), which they tried to deny and pull the wool over my eyes until I took legal advice and ordered a Chargeback / Section 75 for my bank and credit card. Take note.
