I've used them over a dozen times, and usually you book and get a confirmation right away. But this time, no confirmation, and the message said to wait 3 days. Now it's been over 3 days, I called them, and they said, "Sorry for the delay, we see it's been 3 days, but flight prices went up, so you need to pay an extra £1500!" What a rip-off! I'll never use them again. This is either theft or incompetence because they can't process bookings on time. Either way, I'm never using them again! thieves

love holidays is so easy to use, and its actually great if you have an extra few bob in yer pocket you can pay it off the holiday, and the app is very informative with loads of helpful tips for things to do on holidays.

Terrible customer support. I booked a holiday in which promoted 1x20kg bag, 1x10, and 1x small.Until I got my tickets it was only for one flight over and not back. I got in contact with the customer support and was met with a passive aggressive woman. She sounded like she didn't want to be there. She went ahead and said it's my fault and my responsibility to add extras and manage the flights.I chose to use loveholidays so I didn't need to do that.? No advice or guidance was given.Just blame.Thx!
