Booked 2 holidays through this site and both have gone wrong. they use 3rd party suppliers and rejected any problem to them. they don't take accountability for the issues and do not resolve them. we had issue with the all inclusive we booked and finish having to pay $2000 dollars to the hotel at the end of the trip. When flight was canceled, they didn't inform us before I tried to access the reservation and pushed me to talk with the airline company. this company is worth nothing. do not use.

easy to book but the significant changes to the flight (5 days and 3 hrs) were not communicated through this site but direct with the airline. As this was for a wedding we needed to take alternative measures and fly from a different airport 3.5hrs away. changes to accommodation would have been impacted with, no doubt, additional costs. We were lucky that there was only a 2 hrs difference with booking in. Would I use this app again? Yes
