Since my original review in 2022 until now, you cannot use the reload feature in the app to take advantage of promos because it simply does not work. Every time I try to add credit via this app, it fails. They gave added the ability to add your card to your Google wallet which is nice, and it's easy to check your balances... I just wish they would fix the reload that hasn't worked for YEARS at this point.

The only benefits I've gotten from this app are to just check my Credits and Tickets when I'm not at a venue, and to see any available Vouchers or Pomotions. Until it's fixed, I cannot stress that you DO NOT try and use the Reload Feature on the app, as recently I've only done it a second time and have been met with the same issue. Nearly a month and I haven't received the Credit I paid for, and again I have to wait quite some time for tech support to help.

App is good for checking balance and looking for deals, but my only gripe with it is that you cant adjust how much you want to reload and that you HAVE to get it from the deals (for example I want to reload $10 but the app makes it so that i can only reload either from $30 or $60 deals)
