For an app that is constantly updating, it is without exception THE worst piece of 💩 banking app! Constantly timing out IF it works 😡🤬 I'm closing my account & going with BUNQ, cheaper service, more intuitive app & I can actually check my balance without stressing out whether I can or cannot access balance/funds!! Don't even bother with the, "please email us at..." Why should I have to? Much easier & less stressful to close my account & move to a "bank" that works!!

Very poor app. Doesn't link accounts. Can't list in and out transactions separately... lots of other features missing. Customer service dreadful. Phones are seldom answered and normal waiting time is over an hour. Emails seldom replied to. The last 3 weeks I have not been able to log into the app. If I am lucky I get as far as a security check. I have not been able to check my transactions. Left waiting 1 hour and 20 mins on the phone trying to get an agent. I was told someone from IT wo

Stopped working. This app was great the first few months, but now the security features override the whole thing. You log in, get asked to confirm you're trying to login and to approve if (on the app you're trying to log in to). How does that even make sense, You can't log in online either because you can't log in on the app to approve the log in for online. Time to switch banking. I've not seen anything positive for this company. Maybe stick to post.
