Ratings and reviews

Unusable - don't bother. Useless app that isn't fit for purpose and just wastes your time. Try and add money by selecting your bank and it's impossible to proceed as it just continually returns to / stays on the 'choose your bank' page, so you are stuck. Select the option to add it another way (bank transfer) and you just get a 'something went wrong' error message. Try the in app help and it's impossible to speak to a human and the chat bot is useless. Worst fintech app I have ever used!

I have my LISA and CISA with plum! Great savings app! The app itself is easy to use. Had zero issues. Does what it says on the tin! I only mark it down because I wish there was more security features. At the moment it seems there is only biometrics but I wish you would add further optional security features such as maybe pins for being able to withdraw? or third party authentication! of course this could be optional but it would make my money feel safer.

I've been using this app for around 18 months now and initially I was impressed with the simple clean interface that was easy to navigate, however the latest incarnation of the app has become too complicated and confusing to navigate, plus numerous nagging to sign up for this or that. More worryingly is the lack of customer support having emailed them about a suspicious email 5 days ago but no response, not even a confirmation. Online chat not available, so another email sent.
