I used to think this app was great. There were lots of different ways to save, round ups, automatic or manual transfers, builders, payday savers and different funds and stocks anyone could invest in with as much as you liked in lump sums or from savings. I guess someone decided they weren't making enough money and now it's become very subscription based with different levels to add features. I don't like paying to save and unless you invest big it will only cost you. I'm looking elsewhere now.

My previous issue was resolved so I increased from 1 to 3 stars. However I would like to know why do my Investments amounts not match in the app? My "Plum Balance" and "Portfolio Value" now match, which they never have before, but that doesn't match my Returns? Every number seems to be off depending where you look. There's a noticeable difference showing my returns much lower than what they actually are?

I've been using this app for around 18 months now and initially I was impressed with the simple clean interface that was easy to navigate, however the latest incarnation of the app has become too complicated and confusing to navigate, plus numerous nagging to sign up for this or that. More worryingly is the lack of customer support having emailed them about a suspicious email 5 days ago but no response, not even a confirmation. Online chat not available, so another email sent.
