Ratings and reviews

Two small suggestions to the devs: 1) It would be great if it was possible to check _before_ placing an order which other stores/restaurants will be available to order from in addition to the main order (with 0₪ delivery fee). E.g. I might have two favorite pizza places, but only one of them has a pet store nearby that I could order from in combination with my pizza order. 2) Add "refund all"-option when ordering from stores instead of having to click it for every single item. Thanks!!

I used to really like Wolt, even with the delivery and service fees, because it was fast and convenient. Recently, however, the service has noticeably declined. Fees are higher, and deliveries are frequently delayed—sometimes by an hour or more, and in several cases even up to 2–3 hours. This has happened repeatedly, not as a one-off issue. At this point, the reliability that justified the cost is no longer there for me. Sadly, I’ve decided to stop using Wolt and take my business elsewhere

Overall I find it easy to use but I find an inconsistentcy in setting up filters. The buttons are not always visible. I also like to order several hours in advance so the food comes when I want it. I frequently get notifications that the restaurant is very busy and the order will be late. Then I get one that it will be earlier. The food usually comes on time. It is very annoying. I have complained to Wolt many times but I never got a response 🙁.
