Ratings and reviews

Pocket UPI is good, it has all features which I asked for in my earlier negative review like no promo codes, give pure cashbacks, fully automatically, even if very small amounts. Autopay for bills with user defined limit can be a great feature, if you can enable it. Also, once I left a bill payment in between and then I got a push with a promo code, it is not a praise worthy trick. Supercash is also not good, let's see when you get rid of it.

ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT If you face an issue, you’re on your own! There is no email address mentioned on the app or website, and the working helpline never picks up the call. The “Help” section on the app is a joke — just a bot with pre-filled options. If your issue doesn’t fit their list, good luck getting help! Tried calling? They NEVER pick up. Tried requesting a callback? No one calls. It feels like they’ve made it impossible to reach them. You may use other apps that have an active support.

I have been a regular user of your app for a long time, using it for all my bill payments and UPI transactions. However, for the past few months, I’ve been unable to use the app due to a critical issue.Every time I try to open the app, I get a message saying “USB debugging is enabled” and it asks me to turn it off even though the Developer Options are already disabled on my phone then how usb debug 🥴. , there is no alternative way to raise a ticket since support is only available on the app
