App is not working properly, I am using samsung A12 phone and Sonata Hybrid 7132 watch which shows to firmware update after Bluetooth connection. Until I select the option to allow update that pop-up doesn't allow me to use app features. If I select to allow update it shows update fail and Bluetooth getting disconnected. Phone and watch is always kept in range about 15 cm from each other. Still it disconnects. Very poor performance no help by sonata customer care and service center persons.

The app is not working properly. It is not registering the sleep duration. It is not showing even after I wore it tightly before sleep. And also, it is not showing steps properly. It abruptly changes that, some time I will show 2000 steps and then if you open the app again, it will show 100 or something. Please look into this. We expect better from Titan brand.

The UI is very very basic (unattractive) and the there is only 2 graphical representation (steps,sleep) in bar chart but you can also add active time in a day(line graph) and change the sleep track data represented in line graph with diffrectiating colours between deep sleeps and normal and can add water remainders (the button in watch can be used to answer wheather you have drank the water (single click) or not(double click).
