I am downgrading to 1 star because service has not changed, and my review was answered in a language I do not speak. WTH! The app started out great, but as of the past couple of weeks, I can not get it to play. I enjoy the variety and do not mind the commercials. Anymore, when I try this app, I get the same error message no matter the time, day, or night. "There is a network error." Funny thing is the network error only affects Pluto TV and none of my other streaming services. Big + for cable!

This current era of life is doomed. This app has so many bugs it freezes, crashes, loads by itself, will not load AND/OR shows will play when the app is closed. Sometimes it freezes my entire phone. Too many electronics, too much convenience, too many frequencies in the atmosphere. I'll be glad when it all crashes and we go back to horse and buggy days. At least people had a life and enjoyed family time.

Why won't they fix the bugs? When watching some channels, especially movies, the volume keeps changing. Sometimes you have to turn it up to 75/100 to be able to hear, then when it goes to commercial, it will blow your eardrums out. Also when coming back from commercial, sometimes the picture will freeze while the audio catches up, then play again. Its the same bugs its had for at lest 3 years. The programming choices are getting much better. Just wish they'd fix the technical issues.
