I loved this app so much but has disappointed me to extreme. Two weeks before I purchased a top and returned it the next day as it was very short. The money has not yet refunded. But when tried contacting, they claimed that the refund has been processed but it does not reflect in my bank statement. It's not fair as well the payment was down through gpay..so it's not like hard to refund the money. But no it's been weeks.. yet not a dime has been refunded

The app and the services have been terrible. I received bad quality product after waiting for a month. Once I initiated for return, the delivery guy took all my items but the return was never fulfilled. This took another one month. So basically it has been 2 months of frustration and in the end I did not even get the refund. This app is a complete fraud and i would discourage people using it. Urbanic also had late deliveries but the quality and delivery experience was never the issue.

Very bad experience had missing Accessories and the customer service was of no help you only get to chat with them,even to do that you need to get in a line just to chat.Extremely terrible service wish i knew sooner suffered huge loss tried returning but failed thrice.I suggest ordering at your own risk they try to reassure to fix the issue but they have their own logistics and backend miscommunication which is supposed to be strong for any merchant.My issue never got fixed,i lost hope by now.
