Wouldn't recommend. I can't play SonyLiv even after paying the money, and customer service is not responding. Bought Flexiplus plan a week ago. Not able to watch SonyLiv on TV. One important clarification is, SonyLiv was listed in the channels, I selected it, and it is working on mobile. It's not working just on TV. Raised complaint which was supposed to be resolved in 3 days, it has been 5 days and I got no response. Update: Still no response.

Slow, worst movie/shows suggestions and extremely bad search and browse interface. 1. App is not optimised enough 2. Movie suggestions on browsing by journal will return early 2000 or older movies instead of recent and top rated movies. 3. There is no option to search by app. For example, if I need to search some content in SonyLIV or hotstar, there is no option at all, you will have to browse by apps, even then it will show 10-15 shows/movies from that app.

After updating, the app is now working, however, the Sony liv is not functioning properly when opened from mobile on tata play binge. The latest released seasons are missing when accessed from phone but is available when accessed on television. The issue is constant though the account on both the devices are same. Hoping for quick resolution. Issue resolved. Thanks for the quick resolution.
