I've had a fantastic experience with Fibe Instant Personal Loan. The application process was incredibly straightforward and quick, making it easy to secure funds when I needed them most. The application has a credit score option and they use EQUIFAX as their bureau partner i guess. From past 2 months, i guess the connection between their application and credit database is broken. It shows incorrect information. I have been explaining to their customer care, but they are responding with unnecessary information except what i am asking. Very poor customer service. The score is updated every 45 days and as i mentioned, even after 2 updates, the score has remained the same INCORRECT

Extremely poorly advertised. It is not an instant loan app. It has been over 18 hours. My app screen still says they will process in 20 mins and it appears like their 20 mins are indefinite since 18 hours. Another major challenge is that it's absolutely challenging and impossible to get in touch with their support team. Their automated chat bot gives out irrelevant info and there's no option to speak to a human to get the actual details.
