Mobikwik app is great! Easy to use. I've noticed a missing link in the notes feature. While I can successfully add a memo when sending a payment, that note doesn't carry over or display in the transaction history. Please fix this so the reason for each payment is visible for easy future reference.

One of the worst apps I've ever seen. I accidentally applied for a loan, and it was approved immediately, but I'm unable to withdraw the amount. Despite receiving multiple calls from the MobiKwik team to disburse the amount, every time I click on 'amount disbursed,' it says 'we are verifying your loan, please wait for 48 hours.' It's been six months, from February 2025 to August 16, 2025, and I'm still getting the same error. This issue is affecting my ability to take a loan from another lender.

I had a very disappointing experience with MobiKwik. A payment of ₹95 has not been credited to my account, and another payment of ₹68 that I made to a beneficiary is still showing as pending even after a full day. The money has neither reached the recipient nor come back to my account. On top of that, I have been unable to connect with customer care for any support. It feels like MobiKwik is giving ₹0.40 cashback to attract users, but then holding back small amounts by keeping them in pending.
