I have been notifying them through emails for quite some time now, but it seems that they're hardly bothered. I have not been able to place any order off late, as the EMI setup page just won't load. I have sent them screenshot, even video to show the entire steps that I follow and the error that I get at last. And all that I am getting as a response from them, is an apology and to wait for 24 to 72 hours. It is long due, past 72 hours without any resolution.

This is by far the most efficient app in providing credit services and it doesn't scam u. But there is one issue, they don't have a dedicated call center. @snapmint I request you to come up with call support and make it accessible. You'll find it hard to survive if you don't, all your competitors have it and it's really really important. Rest everything is good. Also a tip, when you wanna purchase an item, don't go with the items shown inside the app, rather make gift card of amazon or myntra.

Worst experience! Even after paying on time, my credit limit get deactivated. I do have a good cibil score. I have to wait 1 year as they can't reactivate my credit limit due to internal credit policy, reply received from support team. Also, I received damaged product for my first purchase ever. I had to get the replacement done by myself. Pathetic experience. This is the worst platform. Better go with some other platform. Definitely I'm done with this platform and will never use it.
