Very bad experience and really poor customer service as well. Been trying to foreclose a one been resolved. Been constantly, three to four times a day, recieving calls from them demanding an EMI payment which has already been made. Even after clearing up the issue with their customer service the calls continued. A very troublesome experience and not worth the effort.

Not a pleasant experience Customer care number just doesn't get connected, in case if you forget your password and lock your account, it's a hell of a process to get it reset, team just keeps escalating with without any resolution. I'm having a tough time dealing with it. On the app, you hit callback option. It just keeps loading. No response on that as well
