Worse viewing experience. Video was continuously breaking/buffering even download video also. No smooth streaming. When I saw the reviews Most of the people saying this kind of the issue since 3-4 years. But no improvement from Zee. I am having 400MBPS internet. And also tried in Browser(Mobile) it was playing but language was not changing. We got the tick mark for the language but audio language was not changing.

We cannot use different user profiles in the website or mobile app version, it's only available for the tv app. I have purchased the premium 4k subscription because it was stated that we can use it on 4 devices and with different user profiles. But it's only available for the tv app, very disappointed with the false claims in the subscription policy. However, this can be changed with an update, please do it. And when we go 10secs backwards in a video, screen freezes, fix that too.

This is a very very bad app I must say. It hangs a lot. I couldn't press the back keys so I had to restart my mobile. No keys work once the app is open. Press the power button to put it on sleep mode but the moment I turn it on again the app starts. Finally no other option but to restart it. Also it's like impossible to select episode and lots of other difficulties. Ugghhhhh
