Ratings and reviews

It is always that after the years, the updates never work properly. Even after the update and the paid subscription, I am facing many difficuties to binge watch the shows. This is now the 4th time that I am forced to uninstall and reinstall the app because it only asks to login... No refresh, no back option. And after all that, I am still not be able to login and open up the page. Its sad that after having such great content, after paying so much, all our money goes down the drain.

Every time the new content is updated in the app, My video screen shows black and only audio is playing. I tried everything by removing cache memory, installed the app again, but the same thing is happening. It was a really horrible experience because I have been facing this for the last one month.

This app has become extremely frustrating to use. Earlier, downloaded videos could be played in any available language, but now they only play in English with no option to change it. On top of that, sometimes the downloaded videos don’t even play at all, forcing us to delete and download them again. And now this new language issue has made things even worse. Overall, a very bad and disappointing experience.
