One of the worst app. Once that the check in is done, the boarding pass don't appear on the app, but it must be downloaded on the phone sending it through email. It doesn't provide any information regardin the status of the flight. If during the trip there's a stop somewhere (it means that 2 boarding pass are required) after the first flight the reservation desappear from the app. Downloading the app is not worth, since the only thing possible is buying tickets, which it can be done online.

I can't login, I can't input my data, I can't check-in, basically the whole app is completely useless (same for the website). I spent an entire work day trying to check in and it almost made me sick. I don't know how is it possible for an app to be that bad, even mediocre devs couldn't develop an app that bad it even if they wanted to. Unless they are paid exceptionally well just to underperform on purpose, there is no other explanation.

Smart Phone
Complete rubbish, just like this airline's website. Even the language changing function is broken. Ticketing and check-in transactions that hang and never complete (leading to higher fares at the next try), prices and discount fares which mysteriously disappear at checkout (where you'll find the full, undiscounted price), broken/unresponsive buttons and payment failures for unexplicable reasons (so you need to start all over again). Such clownesque and pathetic technological ignorance. Useless.
