Ratings and reviews

This app is entirely useless for cordless vacuum cleaners (an awesome V12 in my case). The app requires you to provide login details (name, surname, email), precise GPS location and Bluetooth access and all you get in return is the warranty activation and a bunch of info I could have gathered from YouTube or the user manual had I ever needed it. Extremely disappointed. If there's no reason for an app, don't mislead me to download one.

I had to connect / disconnect a couple of times for the first connection within my wifi, and to download the last software update, but not a big issue. Here is some nice features to have Id like to have a graph of historical data of the outside air quality in the selected town. I'd like to set auto mode but with a selected max fan speed, e.g I want auto, but at max set fan speed to 5.

After an year and several updates I still cannot pair my dyson with the app. No words!! the app is just a joke, it simply doesn't work at all!!! 600€ of fan and the app doesn't work??? what a waste of money!!! I wanted to check the air quality in my house but the app is not able to pair the mobile (android) with my dyson pure cool device. extremely disappointed!!!!
