I had 2 bad experiences, they obliged you to park in mandatory parking. However, it is far from your destination. If not, they will charge you, and customer services didn't answer you when you need them, not with eticket, not email. It is considered to be public transportation mode to make our life easy, but its use makes me headache. Not convinced

The support is always bad I needed support SO many times which explains the scarcity of the RideMovi service in general and when I contact the customer service it takes almost 2 days to get a reply after the problem had already gone. the app is full of bugs and lags, interface is very poor and low quality, I often get charged even though I have the free promotion, the app never lets me park temporarily, I always have problems activating the promotion codes and I could go on and on..

Do NOT recomend. This app steals your money by several tricks. It reactivates automatic renewal of payment without warning, it slows down the locking of the bike (can take up to 3 minutes to lock) so you exceed in time and pay more, and it often malfunctions making you pay unfair fines of 10 euros, when you ask for refund they often never reply back.
