Ratings and reviews

It selectively refuses to allow you to hide certain accounts from discover, and it will not allow you to contact a human at snapchat to resolve the issue. I've blocked one account at least 5 times. If I try to hide it, it just says something went wrong, but only for that particular account. I've updated the app 3 times and reset my phone and everything. It only does this on accounts promoting their onlyfans. Edit: 7 months later and nothing has changed. I still can't hide it.

I am really getting tired of getting chats from the Snapchat team, especially, when it's the same message over and over and over again. the people that I am connecting with on Snapchat. I wish there was a way to turn off messages and notifications from the Snapchat team. I don't mind getting the snapchats for holidays to say Merry Christmas, happy New year, etc. but, other than that, I don't need a message a million times telling me that I can chat with my friends. I don't Snapchat daily.

I'm just trying to interact with my friends and family, but I'm getting ads thrown in my face every 3 snaps. There's even messages from ads now. The discover page being added was bad in the first place, but the comment sections have made it even worse. It's a breeding ground for hate of minorities that's completely unregulated. I have account memories from 7 years ago, but the app doesn't even allow me to scroll that far without crashing. Terrible app.
