Playback videos won't play — when I try to view recorded footage, nothing plays. When I tap on "Messages" in the app, it just shows a blank black screen instead of the alert/notification content. The camera is giving false alarms (motion alerts triggering when there's nothing or nobody there I've already checked my settings and app permissions on my end, but the problems persist. Hard to even contact the seller

This is the first time out of the box - your app is still crashing. it does not save settings. Slow to respond. I would not recommend this camera for the price of $60 from AliExpress. no matter what kind of memory card you put in it, it doesn't save to it it wants you to save to cloud storage. there is a Sony card in it and it doesn't work. I tried multiple cards they all do not work. it's a piece of junk don't waste your money

below average quality. even firmware can be updated even 100 percent battery and 90 percent signal strength. camera gets hang and has to be restarted. ptz is just out of control. works as per it's own wish. no proper control on it. most of time while working on it, it gets in sleep mode and wake message is shown
