Your solar cameras are completely useless and unreliable. I have followed the troubleshooting instructions, but the cameras keep switching off and going offline. They stopped working again yesterday after the rain on Sunday. I bought these cameras expecting them to work properly, especially because they are advertised as solar-powered and suitable for outdoor use. This repeated failure is unacceptable. I have already tried restarting and resetting them, and you are not responding to my message

The Camera is sharp, HD, but my only problem is the sleep mode. Please remove that sleep mode. You will be using the camera, 10 to 15 min it will enter sleep mode, you will have to click wake up, before it will come up again. The same thing applies to PC Client mode, after like 10 minutes the camera will shut down and you will have to open the cameras again. Please remove the sleep mode from the camera. Thank you.

it an amazing app with good interface but they should do something about the battery entering sleep mode every 5 minutes while viewing the camera it actually very annoying and the worst part is we are not allowed to change the time ourselves in the settings another thing is the image quality you guys should please work on it, when zooming the image is always looking blurry even when using ultra HD please work on it
