It takes a long time to launch this app even when there is internet. The biggest annoyance is that it shows ads here. It means that in a serious situation, people will not watch CCTV footage and will wait to skip the ads. It makes no sense why ads are shown here??

It's a very good app compared to other cctv apps that I've used BUT now, having ads disrupts quick access to check cctv activities, it slows down the process to check what's happening on the premise. I get it the company is trying to make money from ads but don't you have other options instead? I hate ads so much when you're in a rush to check the cctv when notifications ring. Please consider removing the ads. Thank you!

Playback speed selection not working. only 1x speed working. 4x, 8x etc. not working. When contacted support, they ask to backward, forward using time bar. No solution given for the issue. No option to download cctv footage from android mobile app. updated to version 7.5.1 but still the fast forward option is not working. Also unable to transfer saved videos over whatsapp. Gives an error. unavailability of speed selection while playback, most of the clients are not happy and asked to change NVR.
