Used this app for a long time. Decided to upgrade to premium. Since doing so, the clock will not stay on any longer than a couple of hours. Phone has all updates and un-installed and reinstalled the app to try to fix the problem. Reached out to the app creators over a week ago and no solution offered. If premium causes it not to work properly, I would rather not have gotten it.

If you have any type of antivirus or battery saving software installed on your husband's device - please make sure that it does not interfere with the work of the app. Thank you in advance!

I have been using this app for many years access 5 different devices. It is the most useful and most used app I have. I believe it is the best alarm clock app on the market today. Since upgrading to a S24+ I am having the same problems others have reported! The dim only works some of the time, when having the display the alarm doesn't show the off or snooze buttons. I must close the app and reload it to get the buttons back. It appears to work as intended as long as I don't use the widget.

Sometimes the audio for an alarm won't play, yet the app still says the alarm is working and the volume is set to max. Whenever the alarm goes off the app set's the phone's volume to whatever volume you have the app set up for. This needs to change. There are so many other alarm apps that don't need to rely on changing the phones volume. One example of how bad the audio issue is I had a 6 am alarm that made no noise and I only realized it was still going off till 4:30 pm. Pls fix these issues.
