Accessibility Services Disclosure: Bitwarden offers the ability to use the Accessibility Service to augment Autofill on older devices or in cases where autofill is not working correctly. When enabled, the Accessibility Service is used to search for login fields in apps and websites. This establishes the appropriate field IDs when a match for the app or site is found and inserts credentials. When the Accessibility Service is active Bitwarden does not store information or control any on-screen elements beyond inserting credentials.

Ratings and reviews

I've tried all password managers there is out there bitwarden wins the contest. But still can't give a five-star rating that's because the Android auto fill is horrendous. Period! That's where I mostly use it and that's where I need it to perform its best. Either it does not detect at all fill in forms or when it does detect it takes extremely long to detect and sometimes when you're in a hurry and you just cannot wait it is extremely nerve-wracking.

This is a great app. But there are a lot of features which are absent and it's available in other apps. Like showing auto fil for cards. And Asking to save the password. It works rarely I mean 10 out of 100 times and out of those 9 times not a single one was useful. When I enter an OTP it asks me to save it but not for actual passwords. And the last thing filling out personal information also doesn't work.

Two issues - I can't seem to delete an entry via the mobile app, while duplicate entries pile up. Also, when this mess necessitates me to change a password, the prompt to update an entry doesn't seem to consistently work. My vault is a useless mess. Two stars because I haven't heard of them being hacked, at least.
