Appearance of the app is good. However the security is excessive, I am not a bot. I have never cleared my cache and logged in and out of an app so much in my life! This is very frustrating, and likely made it more difficult for people to obtain TS tickets. How to access resale I have no idea, because i keep getting blocked. There is a message with a reference to contact them, but no directions of actually contacting them with that reference 😄 I'm usually fairly persistent, but I feel beat!

Warning! This app may use tricks to try to get you to purchase tickets more than once! I tried to purchase tickets through the app, it said there was an error with the transaction and to retry. I tried 2 more times, on the third time it said the transaction couldn't be completed and took me back to the screen to start the purchase process over for the show. But I was smart, I checked with my credit card and saw that AXS had charged me for the ticket. Unethical. Shameful.

Every time I open it I get a pop up saying it wants to send me notifications. If I wanted notifications, I would enable it. It is annoying. Then it logs me out weekly and constantly updates but nothing changes. Why can't it leave me logged in? Finally, the ticket purchase interface is hard to use. Unfortunately, the desktop site is worse. Constantly freezing or crashing.
