I would give it zero if I could. Why did they change it? Used to work perfectly and now is garbage. I live in Japan and want prices in JPY but interface in English. Some app screens only display in Japanese and can't be changed to English if my location is Japan and currency is JPY. Also, when you call the customer service number and select the option for English support you still get put through to a Japanese agent. Seems it's impossible to speak with an English speaking agent.

App is a dumpster fire and an unusable mess after latest updates. It wouldn't save my log in, so I was constantly having to enter my email and password. Most pages such as rewards wouldn't even load. Even after I thought I logged in, when I went to make a booking, my name and card weren't saved. It became functionally useless, the app equivalent of having a screendoor on a submarine. Saved myself from getting seriously ticked off and reserved a room on the website after deleting this garbage.

The service provider is great, and I really love the 1 night free out of 10. I used this services for years now. But on the app side, it really became very poor. Navigation is hard and unintuitive, a lot of inaccessible link or button that do nothing, it's so hard to find what you want. It was much better in the past, but yeah you need to revamp the app cause it's really bad right now and the only reason I am starting to use other services for searches.
