Disappointed so far. I'm happy to pay £15 a month for 3 good books but they've limited the trial to 1. I don't know if I have the patience to wait a whole month through the trial. I might find something else before that, test out others. Mainly because once you select a book you can't cancel it if you've only listened under a minute. I accidentally selected the wrong book in a series and now I can't go back. Also I sometimes have trouble hearing and there's no kind of description available.

I used to really like this app but about a year ago they changed the unlimited reading to the same kind of deal as audible and I think audible is the better option out of the two. If they're going to be faithfully exactly the same now. What really pissed me off is they changed the format about 2 months after I bought the one year subscription and they wouldn't do anything. That was not the service I paid for.

I was absolutely adoring thus subscription service. 3 books in during a month and all of a sudden every single book is "currently unavailable". I added dozens to my saved list last night at 3 am, they were available then and suddenly when I woke up they were unavailable. Dont advertise your service as unlimited if it's not. If understand if there were a few titles or limited access to the biggest hits. But it's literally everything. There are basically zero audiobooks available, nothing I've ever heard of. If I pay for a service I expect to be able to use it. Please fix this! I only read three books over the span of four weeks and you're already cutting me off? Edit: and giving the same standard reply every customer that brings up this issue doesn't help. The titles on the explore page are suddenly a selection of all but the same 10 books that I've never heard of and have no interest in reading. And now the entire rest of the selection that was due to be available in a few days has been pushed back even further? Just let me read the things I'm paying you for....
